Hi Elise, Just discovered your KZbin videos....love them. I have watched a few of them this morning while crafting over coffee. I am also a fan of Little Cotton Rabbits...have been following her work for years. I am in Canada (southern Ontario). I am a crocheter....I do lots of stuffies, toys, crochet food.... Just love it. I am following Knitography's Kofte class just now and like you I have learned loads. However I have also just started learning Amigurumi and have subscribed to your channel for all the help and hits you give. So I will be doing both projects for the next few months. Good morning, Elise! Such, such a treat to watch your virtual tour of your local yarn shop! Mine is just a ten minutes walk up the road and although I have picked up orders from there over the last months, I always made me sad to miss on the vibes and atmosphere inside... Like you, I have bought on line, trying hard to balance purchases between the big, famous guys and also British indie dyers but most of all, I was SO pleased to have a good stash to delve into! Yarn shops in the UK have been fabulously pro active and inventive to create events and nurture a sense of belonging when we were all feeling stranded so I am eternally grateful to them! As for Knitography, I have followed and watched Patricia for a few years now and her approach to knitting and yarn making are deeply inspiring! If you like this, try to watch Kammebornia. It’s in Swedish mainly but there are English subtitles and Sofia also creates stunning patterns which I am sure, you will fall in love with! What is stranded knitting? I don't knit.

It's the technique of knitting with two or more colors while stranding the unused color along the back. It's one of my favorite kinds of knitting. 🧶🧶🧶
