Red Hills, earlier known as Semman Kuviyal or Sengundram, is one of the developing residential localities in Chennai. It majorly offers plots at affordable rates, which is why the area is also seeing a lot of real estate investment.
Red Hills is situated in the northern part of Chennai. Puzhal lake divides the neighbourhood in the middle, and several important highways like the Thiruvallur Highway, Chennai Outer Ring Road, Grand Northern Trunk Road, and the Madhavaram RedHills Road pass through the locality.
