I can see the oxidized copper, or like a funky turquoise cabochon on a southwestern bracelet!

Ooh, I think the handspun looks like an oil slick. Kind of grey from afar and up close all of the rainbow and shine becomes apparent. It's absolutely gorgeous!

LOL… loving your “delightfully fugly” sweater! And your spin with the blue stellina is very cool 💜

That quilt is AMAZING! You’re making me want to get into quilting too, my grandma used to do it when she was still alive and I wish I could’ve learned from her. Love your vogue sweater, the stripes of color are gorgeous- can’t wait to see it with sleeves!

Your spun yarn looks like “Moody Southwestern” colors. (Grey, red, orange, turquoise with sparkles). So pretty!😊

I had to pause it while you were talking about your wheel and tattooing. I actually have my own minstrel tattooed on my foot. Favorite tattoo ever, and added bonus! when I treadle, the mini wheel treadles too. Fantastic. I spent the afternoon watching your backlog of podcasts here and I'm enjoying them immensely. I can't wait to see what you get up to in the future!

The stellina handspun yarn to me looks like a supernova dust cloud from I think M82 Galaxy in a photo captured by Hubble Space Telescope :)

Okay so right when you said « Spinning instead of doing another task » I literally paused, put down my knitting, got up and printed paperwork I’ve been putting off for 3 years 😅 So yeah, thank you.

If you ever have one cone with extra when putting your yarn you can ply it on itself using a technique called an Andes bracelet ❤

Dibs on the oxidized copper/gray sparkle if you ever decide to sell. I was just imagining some kind of oddball cardigan or shawl in that sort of color scheme!

I’m glad that the lovely human sent you a hard copy of the Strange Brew book. I’m currently in my own journey - Marshland but I agree it’s kind of hard using the ebook. I couldn’t find one on any of the big book resale sites. I want to combine the Doodle charts so I can make my love story - met my guy in Seattle, we moved to SF, then to Alaska and now in Cleveland (let me know if you’re ever here). ❤ I also look awful with a French Tuck - gotta love the high waisted pants/skirts and “cropped sweaters”. Your sweater reminds me of Care Bears or Lisa Frank. 😂

Wow! I'm so intimidated by spinning, it's real magic. Sooo.. question, gifts ideas for my tattoo artist? I've only recently found him and want to make him something.

I would suggest a pair of fingerless mittens! A ribbed pair would be a great gift!
