I am a pure vegetarian. This is one of my breakfast. I eat raw vegetables and fruits cut into pieces and mix with sugar / salt. I also use sprouts of moogdal, chana dal etc with onion, Tomato etc . Cooked foods are rarely eat. Please upload easy and raw vegetable food more... Thanks

In Odisha it is a most common breakfast. After washing poha we drain the water and add mashed bananas, grated coconut, milk/ curd, cottage cheese and sugar/jaggery. Mix up the whole thing and eat.

This is normally called chuda chakata in odisha. Most of the people of odisha like this breakfast. Simply wash poha, add some sugar or jaggery, pinch of salt, milk, ripe banana, coconut (optional) mash it and eat. Really tasty n healthy

In Assam we eat as an Assamese cereal... Nd chira(poha rice) , kol(banana) & gakhir(milk) mix it. And it's easy, quick nd mostly I hv it almost everyday in the morning before going out for my work since for than 7 to 8 yrs.. 🙂

Our a ancestors used to eat it since centuries. Milk or dahi or Chenna with chuda. I used to eat milk banana and chuda almost daily during childhood. Very popular in Odisha. Before idly and bada came. Today also near purity some traditional restaurants provide Chuda chena with Dalma. In festivals we eat chuda ghasa its basically coarse chuda with solid sweetener like jaggery and coconut powder its also prasad offered.

According to Ayurveda banana and milk are not to be mixed from what I have learnt in some U-tube videos. Do you have any information about it. Kerala since banana, coconut are staple foods may be they are mixed with everything.
