Put a stick in front of him,when he touches the stick with his beak praise him and give him some treats than make him put one claw on you're hand to reach the treat and say step up and do this for about 1 week than you can make him put the other claw on you're hand to be able to react the stick and then just repeat for 2 weeks and then he should learn this trick pretty well.

Its always lovely to watch them and the way you all interact, Isolation is not easy with birds that are used to the out side life, like yourself if you do go out with your birds they will attract a lot of attention. I have quite a few members in my flock but my two Macaws rule the home and me, I am on twelve weeks isolation as I had my nose and a bit more removed not long ago, so seeing your birds enjoy your garden did give me a smile, thank you

So the thing is with free flight training, if different for every bird, you can’t train one bird the same as another. If you want to get into it, there are free flight courses you can take online. Check out Liberty wings or birdtricks.
