That Luka pass to Gafford in the paint and instead of contesting the shot KAT ducked it. And that was a pretty soft from him. Literally it was one on one and he ducked the competition. Safe to say Gafford and Lively are more impactful than KAT and Rudy in this series

Lobs are a result of drop coverage in pick and roll and not helping from the weak side. We didn’t have many against OKC, because they were offering different looks, namely the corner threes for PJ and DJJ. It’s a pick your poison situation. The three point percentage of PJ is also a result of that, he is shooting way better from the corner than from the top of the key as the Wolves are offering.

A quick lesson. Mavs is the best clutch team, with the 2 greatest clutch players in the league. Mavs are confident that in a clutch game - by definition - they will win 9 out of 10 times. To beat these Mavs you need to be up by 8-10 pts at the 5-minute mark. Clippers and OKC learned this the hard way. Great game. I'm guessing a split in Dallas and Mavs in 5.

Challenge does need to change for sure. Any challenge should just review everything on the play. I don’t like challenging a non call tho. It stops the action, whereas challenging a ref call already has the action stopped. End of day they need to change the fouls. There were fouls all over the place, in all series across the playoffs.
