Ben will go to the Raiders with Agnew and Hendon Hooker in exchange for the Raider’s 25 2nd rounder and a player. Brady will want a coach that can bring a QB well versed in a great system, while keeping his high 1st rounder for the top OT in the ‘25 draft, in the mold of Sewell.

I believe a big reason the dynamic between Dan Campbell and Brad Holmes works so well is tru collaboration and trust.Dan says" you can spot talent, I trust you, i want talent with this type character". Brad says " perfect cause i want the same thing and the talent vs the character is 1a1b for me". They are on the same page on what they want and trust each other completely to do there job. Also Shelia Hamp has surrounded them with people that back them up 100%. There is no division in the Lions organization at all.

@niki3434 Ben can leave to be a HC anywhere he chooses. The Lions will not stop him (or anyone) from getting a higher position with another team. Whether or not the Raiders really want him is the question. But Johnson is as good as gone. Some team will hire him to be their HC. This sort of thing happens every year. So we'll keep Crosby too.

If I were Ben I wouldn't go to the Raiders,, they are a hot mess. The only way I could see him going there is if he wants to build from the bottom up and start a new culture like they did with the Lions. It just doesn't seem like a good landing spot. They do have a promising TE but need a QB. AG is going to Saints. I hate losing these guys but Liions are good enough to attract good talent to replace them. I wouldn't mind him going to the AFC though

The Raiders actually have alot to offer and aren't afraid to toss an oversized bag at him, this is red alert high priority with one unified voice. That's why Telesco was let go. Raiders have the second most cap space money, the cupboard is far from bare just poor knuckleheaded coaching,Aidan had talent but dealt with 4 morons switching everything up on him, govask baker or darnold how fun and productive that can be plus ,the raiders can offer Ben a chance to pi k his QB he wants to go after,also Telesco had a terrific draft and they have double digit picks in the draft on top of the 112 million cap space, he wins have an owner who will sign checks to get the talent he will ask for,no income taxes ,a much healthier dry climate, yes hot at times but a dry low humid hot is much more comfortable than a saturated maxed out dewpoint with amid to high 80s temp, amongst the best stadiums and facilities not just in football but all of sports,and a desirable destination for top talent who would love the climate and environment, and Vegas is the Taboo place it once was ,many major cities have invested in their own gambling and gaming areas with the legalization throughout the country, it's uniqueness lies in its expanding live entertainment and live sporting events and its all easily avoidable like any other big metro area ,just live out in the burbs, I have exinlaws out there and they live a nice normal family life with no problems, so it's nearly e everything Ben Johnson was asking for and Brady can assure him of the newly applied stability in the organization, held by Tom Brady,a guy who can be trusted, but we will see

okay so if AG leaves and agnew also leaves for a GM spot the lions get two third rounders in each of the next 2 seasons. the rule only applies for HC/GM and not coordinator positions. so yea it would tough losing them but giving Holmes four third rounders the next 2 seasons would be terrific.

Doubt Ben Johnson goes to Las Vegas. He seems very family orientated, not to mention the lack of talent including QB. Your also going to the 2nd toughest division in football.

He dealt with the toughest division this year and if anything I doubt he goes to a rival with the Bears plus they want to keep Poles. He will have over 100 mil in cap room and some of the best draft capital in the NFL. He also gets to bounce ideas with Brady, the Raiders situation is much better than what the media says. If it was so bad he wouldn’t have taken the interview. Raiders were also one of the more injured teams last year there is plenty of talent on that Roster.

AG would be a great for the Saints. Ben Johnson would make a better fit for the Patriots or Jacksonville but I think he may stay.

I mean he has *some* interest, i just don't think he's just going to auto take it when they offer, even if nobody else offers. I'm of the camp that Pats and Jags are a better fit. Not great, but better. Best fit is staying and waiting for something like Bengals to open up

Lions will be fine without either coordinator, period. Ben Johnson is great, yes, however that doesn’t mean he’s the sole reason we’re winning, we will continue to win when Ben does end up living, period.

That's why they fired telesco,Ben stated he would like to work with a gm that he has a say in hiring, there are options for qb,and he may see the options better than a situation that has a qb that maybe he's not overly fond of ,Raiders have money the value of the franchise climbed quickly as soon as it got to Vegas, in the top 5 to 6 and expected to climb ,what a hot new stadium that the team actually owns and a city with a perpetually consistent economy can do for the overall health of an organization ,it's amazing lots and lots and lots of selling points and not bullshit and you better believe he's going to.here about all of it from one of the most respected and admired icons of the NFL who prides himself in going 120% and winning, it's going to be tough for Ben Johnson to say no by the time Tom Brady is done, so you can keep going with the tired old " but they don't have this or that etc ...maybe not but they certainly have huge amount of resources to get it and they have chosen their battle and Here it is, I think the deal will be so good that his future will be secured fir himself and his family. The thing is the Raiders just fired their GM Tom Telesco. Looks like a promising spot for a HC if he gets to bring in someone he knows as the new GM that would get him whichever Qb he deems he could work with via Free agency with tons of cap space, or the draft.
