Lodha NCP security says No Camera, No Video. Residents are angry

in this viral video, security of Lodha New Cuffe Parade at Wadala tell a journalist from a prominent tabloid newspaper (lady in pink) that she should not enter the premises with her photographer, or the photographer should leave his backpack containing camera in the security booth at the entrance, as photography etc. is forbidden. The residents and flat-owners are seen arguing with the security personnel.
Later, a lady working for Lodha tries to convey the same thing in a nice way, citing that they have rules. However, no such written rules are shown to the residents.
Later, the security men try to prevent me from taking a video of the proceedings on mobile phone, on behalf of the residents. (I am a journalist and activist, entering the premises along with the residents, as their guest.
The security men say that residents are under video surveillance, and also that the guests are being photographed by the gate security on their mobile phone.
All this high-handedness provokes a lot of anger among female residents of Lodha New Cuffe Parade, which is a wealthy residential complex.

I have seen all the videos posted and ot is evident these 2 families are fighting a lone battle. The irritating part is that none of the other owners are Coming forward to support someone legal.. This is the state of our society. The builder is very clever in pitching members against members. You all must see videos of other members who are now defending their apartments saying gypsum is fine. America has gypsum.. Wow such an encouraging group supporting the builder. Straight forward people always have to fight a lone battle and suffer and finally when they win the benefits accrue to all those people who dont support them.

In South selling flat in 40 lakhs, actual construction cost will be 10 lakhs / flat in bulk, may be upper floors slightly higher. Built in Paddy fields, God knows who gave permission. Land price is same for all the 10 floors.

Lodha Builders should be having many more cases running against them if all of your videos are 100% genuine in nature Sir (which I feel they are). The mass is well informed these days, and probably you may stand a chance to win your case if you appeal in a higher court (although I have very less idea of how the judiciary system works in India, I am just guessing that you can approach the higher court if you're not satisfied with he verdict of the court you're referring to, now).
