Their job was to sell. Your job was make an informed decision. They succeeded you failed simple as that. Even if you go after 2 month they’ll be like sir last 2 unit left. In reality they’ve in hundreds. 2 rules you need to follow in real estate Rule no 1. Never ever take your cheque book or debit credit cards when you’re visiting a builders sales team. Rule no 2 - Never ever buy a under construction property from builder.

@@Casanova-vi9me land titile issue can pop up. Builder can go bankrupt or just turned out to be a crook who doesn’t want to finish the project. Occupation certificate issue can rise with the authority over the layout etc. you don’t get to see the actual flat, end product could be of third class quality. Still the biggest reason to avoid is if the project doesn’t get finished . You’ll end up paying emi of a flat which you might never get. Risk/ reward ratio is horrible in under construction

@@Casanova-vi9me look out for Raheja Oma Dharuhera you’ll know the reality. That’s a reputed builder according to you. Avoid under construction risk vs reward is not at all worth it. If you get stuck you’ll be done for decades.

Whatever the pressures / temptations, buyers should beware & not swipe (commit) till they are fully convinced & all their doubts are satisfactorily clarified..

You still shouldn't Sales office commitments are verbal. The builder contract (BBA) will happen after you pay 40% of your price. What happens when your comment tment are not in contract? Sales people are agents, not the real builder.

Dont buy lodha simple... Flat buyers are at the mercy of their luck... Developers dont have any accountability to anyone... There are so many rera cases pending.

Sales team play mind games with the buyer. We have to be open minded and clear with our decision . Do not token swipe till you are fully sure. Simple way is do not buy under construction flats. They are a trap !

Same things happen with me too, so I would like to say everyone if you are investment your white money don't buy lodha's property A toZ are faulty things wrong commitment from sales team and after possession no body turnup n incase if they do the worm that too only uper uper karte hai firse se jaise the wise suru ho jata hai, it's my humble request to everyone don't buy lodha's property at all better you invest zopadpatti really better than lodha's investment

Not really.. many ppl are impulsive in nature .. low self control... or get easily swayed by good talks... such ppl CAN swipe even if budget looks hazy

Developers are allowed to sell different prices and offers to each apartment owners. How unfair these practices are. Neighbors same floor with different offers means the Developers are not to be trusted

Same thing he is repeating number of times in the video 📸 to cover up his blunder of swiping the initial amount. When he was told point blank, he cannot be taken to the site, he should have been firm 😕 enough and said no to swiping. To build up pressure is the job of sales guys but god 😔 and education has given us the confidence to resist false temptation at least not to swipe on the first visit, 😔 take time to decide.What pressure is he talking ? Did someone from Lodha physically inflict pain ?Will he give money 🤑 if i put pressure ? Nothing but greed 😠😖

Before agreement we can, we will loose only booking amount of Rs. 50000 but after agreement we can't. We have to sell the flat and recover our money.

They hav no policy to return 😂 they give you chalan of that amount..you hav to use within two years..after cutting your GST amount..please always read all policy they hav given..at the time of booking..because marketing team is very talented to convert positively..you never cancel your flat with all return

We booked in Andheri East we paid money but Lodha has not started any work according to his promise we r demanding our money he is not responding so please don’t buy flat in Lodha group Lodha group is froud so please think two times before buying a flat

Richest on Paper Almost all politicians are filthy Rich. Some people don't declare. I am sure Gandhis are far richer. Though I am referring to Congress Party my point is person in Power has lots of opportunities to make money and few leave it. Some people in BJP are surely richer than Lodha but have no need to declare their wealth. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. BJP is moving towards being absolute power with almost no opposition. Don't know how long can they prevent themselves from being corrupted.

Kuch bhi sold nahi ho rahaa sare flats khali pade hai, better to buy in navi mumbai instead of palava city, no resale value in palava

Well it is your mistake. You should be firm on your decision and Buy the house only when you have 70% in cash in hand. There is no point of taking huge loan.

Same experience Suntek at Vasai suruchi baug SBR project.... Highly overpriced not a brick laid and flats like matchboxes lekin sales team ko swipe ki jaldi...amenities ko kya chatna hai kya, real thing is carpet area... There to maa kasam ekdam kanjusi.....Kya pressure bhai.... Useless project

Wo kuchi bhi offer denge aapko sochna hai nahi Lena to nahi. Palawa bahot dur hai station se out of city. Site visit nahi to booking mat karo.

Yes rightly said it's their job to create high pressure to buy property worth crores/lakhs as if a common man purchases it on a daily basis It's their job to provide wrong information about the flat and its availability so that customers purchase it at a higher price

How does one expect the central government to intervene? Issue with builder existed even during Congress regime (almost whole of India Independence). As Indians we need to be extra vigilant as our court system are overburdened and to some extent broken but this was almost always the case in India. Stop blaming Modiji Government for Flat buyers foolishness.
