We visited Lofoten in September 2023 in our Burstner, and then up to Nordkapp. We revisited in May 2024 and went to Senja. It was still very cold with occasional snow. This time in our new Hymer B680 and the Alde heating was superb as it needed to be. Your photos and videos remind me how lovely it is in Norway and we can’t wait to return later this year.

Now the question: ist the fresh water tank and the grey water tank protected enough against the temperature or did you add some special prevention changes like heating rod or something similar ? Thank you 🙏 I have not done any modifications to the tanks and had no problems. The only thing I did was to close the air outlet valves a bit in the cabin and garage when it was really cold. That way more warm air goes to the tanks.

Nice relaxing video. I was in Lofoten Islands last October and November. I was very surprised to see hundreds of Japanese and Chinese tourists. I could‘t believe my eyes. How does it look like in summer when there are other tourists as well?

It’s Goldschmitt and they work great. Sometimes I need to put some extra plates under them because of the high ground clearance.

I have had very few problems with the car and the space is good for being under 7 meters. If you are very tall you might find the bed a little bit short but as you can put in the mattress in the middle you can get good space anyway

Hur klarar bilen kalla temperaturer? Hur mycket gas går det när du frikampar i kyla? Läste någonstans att det värmen går på diesel?! Jag har precis hittat denna fina bilen och är väldigt nyfiken på det tekniska😊

Inga problem alls med kylan och eftersom det är dieselvärmare så går det inte åt någon gas till uppvärmning utan bara till matlagning. Kylen är kompressorkyld och går på batteri.

Väldigt fin och informativ film du gjort. Men slutarljudet ifrån systemkameran är helt onödigt och ganska så störande, du säger ju att du tar bilder. Filmen blir ännu bättre utan detta pålagda ljud, tror jag.
