Before anything, I want to thank our dear client for extending so much patience and understanding as this condo has been long overdue with everything the pandemic has caused but finally, now we can show one of the many spaces we are finishing this 2021!
We were asked to design this small 2 bedroom loft condo and design it for a family of 3. The inspirations of the design came from the family's love of doing staycations in hotels in Manila, creating their own luxury hotel unit in their own home.

Very nice interior design. The video however has too much editing that it makes it a bit hard to imagine the actual layout. I guess I'm just used to house tours where the camera basically tours the house per section.

I hope you set a better microphone set up. It is distracting and can drive some viewers away before the tour even begins. The music sometimes drowns your voice out. Hope you invest in a good camera too.

Last time i checked it all depends on how you wanted ur finishing to be done. They have 3 categories that scopes how much it would cost you per sq/m. The lowest class finish est like 20-25k, the medium class is around 30k- 40k and the luxury finish is around 50-60k.

@@GalaxyFarmer1022 they have 3 finishing categories. Standard, De Luxe and premium finish. If you already have an existing house and just want the interior to be done 15-18k per sq/m, next is 18-22k, and the last one 22-25k. But if u want ur house to be build from scratch and fix the interior design layout for you. It starts at 30-40k per sq/m for standard finish, 40-50k for de luxe and 50-70k for premium finish. Given the price that they give, i guess its fair enough. Since when you try building your house then hiring an interior designer aside from hiring an architect, the expenses would be just the same.
