Congratulations on the 9k you must be getting it right. Spot on with observations on the Guzzi they can move when you want them to. Only negative is they are mud magnets. Could do with a longer front mudguard not just a fender extender. But I’m glad I made the move from the interceptor to the V7 far more power available if you want it.

Many thanks and yes Spot on it’s a very useable piece of extra shove and will leave the RE 650s in its wake 😊👍🏻

Thanks Dave for putting this up;the view at the top into the Dells beyond is indeed breathtaking; definitely one of the best single tracks I've ridden as you do get the feeling it's never ending.Adding the route map is a great addition.Stay safe.Richard.

Hi Dave. I adore that road and areas. I consider myself very fortunate to have enjoyed riding our bikes around there with my soul mate Lynn. Thank you for taking us along with you.

The old Guzzi certainly has a....ahem...."positive" gear change......like someone cocking a Winchester.....lock 'n load.....😁

Another pleasant video. I'm surprised you edited out the descent at Park Rash. It's a significant feature of the ride and a possible obstacle for less experienced riders travelling West to East.

Cheers Mick editing is always a compromise sadly

The Moto Guzzi V 7 is the only modern bike I would consider buying. As everyday transportation. It would serve me well.

hi how do you find the quality of the suspension i have a 2019 v7 the 750 model 2000 miles on the clock, the rear shocks are quite terrible above 40 mph very bad in corners or over pot holes and the front will easily bottom out if you have to apply the brakes quickly .. I've got two choices upgrade the suspension or trade in for a newer model love the vids and the guzzi..

Hi Jeff I’ve not noticed those issues with my V7…..not the most subtle suspension but certainly no dramas 👍🏻

Beautiful ride Dave. Thanks for taking me along. That Motot Guzzi sounds so good. I would like louder pipes myself if I owned one. I love the sound of inline 4 engines with a 4 into 1 pipe. Music to my ears. There is another channel I follow in the UK... Bikerdood1100. He was the one that got me hooked on old and new Italian bikes. Sorry Dave but not a fan of the newer Royal Enfields. To me, they all look boring. and WAY under powered. Although I do Like the RE from the 60's. Ride safe my fiend and keep the rubber side down. Cheers

Great video, what dealership did you get the Guzzi from and where are they based? I contacted the Harley place in Leeds and wasn't right impressed with them - they are supposedly dealers for Guzzi. Cheers keep it up - the video's

A nice little side route Dave. Just past Pinkers Pond turn left. Follow road to West Scranton. Alf White; the vet who James Herriot was modelled on had a bungalow in West Scrafton. Continue through the village to the end of the road and turn left. You are now back on your original route at a point just past Carlton. Enjoyed the ride Dave; I never tire of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales roads no matter how many times I travel on them. Thank you. Ride safe. Neil
