I helped a friend with some farm work for a little. I can assure you farmer’s strength is real. I’m 217lbs muscular and in great shape, but between my legs, back, hands, and forearms I didn’t know which one hurt the most. My body was sore for a week.

NICE! My dad, now 83 years old, used to hand-split A LOT of wood for our furnace back in Massachusetts -- and he would do it just wearing a short-sleeved cotton tee-shirt, chinos and work boots, with snow on the ground! Hardcore! 💪🪓❄ Now that he retired and lives in the South, his wood-chopping days are behind him, but he even showed me how to do it... he's an excellent dad 🥰
