17:34 to be honest, the moment they had the metal bonded to his skeleton he was already dying. Without the metal, he probably would have lived much longer, unless he was decapitated. He was the 10th super soldier, but also the first to have the metal bonded to his skeleton it wasn't tested, but his body was basically in constant healing mode while it was bonded to him and still killing him. it only caught up as his healing factor began to slow down

That’s actually where a lot of people get this wrong, it wasn’t the metal that killed him, what killed him was a kind of poison they were putting in foods like corn starch to kill mutant DNA, by the time Logan found out, the damage was done, and with his healing factor nearly destroyed THATS when that metal poisoning got the better of him, if it wasn’t for that Logan would have lived much longer

One thing to note for whenever DP3 releases! Logan and the New Mutants movies take place in the original timeline set after the events of Days of Future Past (stated by the writers and Hugh Jackman) meaning Wolverine, the Professor and all the other X-Men are still alive in the reboot timeline where XMA, XMDP, and Deadpool take place!

Logan's death was foreshadowed in The Wolverine. He was told by Yukio that he'd be lying on his back, blood everywhere and holding his heart in his hand... his heart being Laura, holding his hand as he died.

People always misquote this. Yukio also states when Logan goes to remove the device on his heart “I saw you die on a bed like this one with your heart in your hand! I’m never wrong!” It wasn’t foreshadowed for Logan if you pay attention

I will never forget when I first saw this movie. I remember I went to go see this movie with my mom and stepbrother we went at the 🕤 showing and I remember I had a day off from school because we were gonna have a snow day. And I gotta say it was one of the best movie going experiences of my life but also one of the most intense and emotional experiences of my life. It was personal for me because I grew up with the X-Men movies from the early 2000s and I really connected with all the characters. And to see it all end like that especially for Wolverine Charles Xavier I have to admit it really fucked me up it was one of those movies where it took me a while to recover from I remember coming home and crying. You see I’m normally not a crier it takes a lot to get me to cry but I gotta say this movie really did it for me. But this is easily hands-down the best X-Men movie ever made better than anything that the MCU ever did. You see this is the kind of shit that I want from Marvel enough of this cookie cutter lame generic bullshit I want to see more rated R marvel movies and bring back a little bit of seriousness like I’m done with Marvel just playing everything safe and not taking any chances.

100% Logan is the best x-men film. my line up would be logan, first class, x-men 1, days of the future past, the wolverine, x-2, last stand (that film would have been great if they didn't screw cyclops over and stuck to 1 plot; the cure or dark phoenix), origins wolverine, new mutants, apocalypse then dark phoenix

I think the way Laura was created was they extracted DNA from a sample of wolverines blood and created an embryo with another female's DNA and that's how Laura was created. So she is Logan's biological daughter. The reason why they created a female X-23 instead of a male was because the Y chromosomes was much harder to extract.
