His a$$ ain’t getting a reduced sentence. They have camera footage of him committing the murder and so I doubt any lawyer can justify such. What doesn’t make sense to me is why the US government would make an exchange for him. They should’ve let him rot in that Mexican prison.

Yeah, if whoever runs this program has a choice whether to allow the exchange or not I have to wonder why they'd approve it in this case, because I'd let his azz rot in MX too. Only reasons I can think of to let him back into the US is if it was part of a bigger deal and/or someone in charge was getting a fat bribe to allow it to happen.

When you go to Mexico and spend time with those women, remember that's probably not the life they want. When you're trying to get a $20 discount remember that money means a lot more to them than it does to you. Treat them with respect and be kind to them. I don't agree with the "crime of passion" defense. Just because someone is a hothead and has no control of their emotions, doesn't make it a lesser crime. Pre-meditated means someone had time to think about it and determined somebody needed to be done awy with. A logical person is treated more harshly by the justice system.

Damn, that poor girl. I'd never heard anything about this story until clicking on your video and didn't know there was a treaty between MX and USA to allow for prisoners to do their time in their home country's prison system but I'd have preferred that sick bastard be stuck in the MX penal system the whole 22 years. I do get how that program would be compassionate for inmates and their fambly and for less heinous crimes I guess I could support it, just not for cold blooded murderers. Honestly I doubt being a whiteboy is gonna help him any in either legal system, especially given the crime he committed and his who his victim was but I definitely agree that if his people have money he'll get off easier than he should. RIP to the girl, it's always a tragedy when young people die and the thought of dying at work seems even worse to me, but at least she didn't have to see it coming or suffer any before she died.
