This an awesome wheel. The SWE 29 wheel alone (without the paddles and center plate) weighs 328 grams vs 452 grams for the orginal wheel. Center plate + paddles weigh 142 grams. With the weak motor that the G29 has, I figure it's better to keep the wheel as light as possible and stick to the standard Logitech center plate and paddles. I'll be trimming off part of the standard paddles for aesthetics because I think they look better 😉

Ok, the video is good and I got the job done but I think there are enough differences between the Logitech G29 and the G920 to justify a separate video of just the G920. There were a couple spots where the number of screws are different and a step of the process was missed in the video so I had to backtrack a step and figure it out on my own.

Thanks for sharing :) Would love to see a XBox vid too. You say they're similar, but there are so many differences, I wouldn't want to get stuck half way... Good demo though. P.S. Update: did get stuck and had to use bit ingenuity & logic to pull it through 😉

I damage the button switch, because he is not fixed. But i always have put him in ps4 and i dont have changed during the steps, so i dont know how they broke and where he are.

I toke apart my steering wheel but I toke it of wrong way so the buttons went flying everywhere and know my buttons aren’t working right any tip to fix this problem

Maybe your wheel was set on ps3 mode, and then taken off and broke. I had it too and noticed my button was on ps3, if its broken you can slide it to ps4 with a small screwdriver.

@@jelteagteresch Hello, would you please explain how to slide it to PS4 with a screwdriver? I'm trying since hours but can't find a proper way as the "hole" is not really visible... did you manage to fix it this way? Please, a small help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated! :)

@@jelteagteresch That's another difference why there should be a video for the G29 and the G920 because there is no ps 3 or 4 button to switch on the G920.
