someone else has the problem when you use forestry equipment with this thing. when you try to turn the cutter head it turns very slowly. when your in the big wheel loader in fs 17. that bucket has another point were the bucket rotates. when you tryto lower the arm the bucket also rotates at that point

I have got the side pann else and the same weel but the side pann else works but the weel doesn't but when I unplug the side panel the weel works

The side panel is a standalone item - it is sold with a (crap) wheel and pedals. If you already have a steering wheel or want a better quality wheel, then I would strongly advise taking that option. So short answer - yes you can use a G27, and imo recommended.

How do you configure the joystick with front loader?

There is a grey button on the stick,if the light red you can look around and then press the grey button and the light will turn blue that means you can use the loader

When I found out that Logitech had bought Saitek, I decided to buy the side panel too. the build quality is very good. but I found that getting FS17 to map my G29 plus my Xbox controller and my side panel can lead to all sorts of weird issues . Do you have a system you use to get everything talking to each other? I'll give you a for instance, the gearbox mod gives me a real headache At one time the steering went the opposite way to the wheel, and my map icon went backwards instead of forwards, yet they were mapped correctly.

Not sure why you're having those issues buddy. My Side Panel was plug & play. I did have to remap the wheel when I first plugged in the panel but it's been working ever since. Try deleting your mapping XML and start from scratch. It'll be annoying but should work fine after that.

Yes I noticed that it seams to load up the first one (mainly being the side panel) the game detects then completely ignore all the others, then you have to set them up manually unless you have the Saitek wheel, of which has the build quality of a Alfa Romeo, Friday night special.

Jonathan Maybury what is the feeling when you press the two blue and the two green? It's like a rocket switch, but it could be a pretty wobbly thing. Or do I just have a feeling for that?

Just 1 thing to say. Learn how to use a knife properly. I seen so many red flags when you was cutting the tape to open the box
