Loic Pietri - Mr. Seoi Nage

Loïc Pietri is a French judoka who competes in the 81 and 90 kg categories. He won the world title in 2013, placing third in 2014 and second in 2015. Pietri is known as expert in different variations of Seoi Nage and Sumi Gaeshi.

What is this throw he does grabbing the Obi off of his opponents failed throw? He does it a lot as a counter. Its almost Ura Nage but with the belt and at an angle.
