The Prime Minister made an unexpected reference to 'Flaunting Videos of Meat Eating During Navratri" in his speech from Udhampur in Jammu. His reference was evidently to Bihar's Tejashwi Yadav who shared a video of eating fish on the campaign trail, whilst in a chopper. Yadav said, the video is from before Navratri, a period of fasting for many Hindus, started. He says he deliberately released the video to "test the IQ of the BJP". The clash has followed a similar sparring of words between Kangana Ranaut and Vikramaaditya Singh in Himachal Pradesh over allegations of beef consumption.

It was clearly an attempt to mock, tease and possibly humiliate Hindu sentiment by using the intrinsic liberality of Hindu faith. This is not about non veg vs veg. This is about trying to shame Hindus and show them in a bad light if they complain.

It appears that Tehseen is ignorant or lying. Whey protein (vegetarian) is the best protein on earth. There are vegan bodybuilders as well. Protein might be needed at 0.7 grams per kilogram. You can easily do it with milk, cottage cheese, lentils, etc.

What is extremely objectionable is the display through videos by the meat & fish eating politicians esp during Navratri when most Hindus observe a fast of sorts. Why have these videos not been shown by Mojo. Biased reporting is very bad. The videos are clearly targeting the Hindus with reference to "mirchi lage gi to some" & then showing oranges and saying bhagwa. All these references are very clear.
