Btw, in Norse Mythology, Loki has gender and appearance fluid. His appearance in Marvel is just the appearance that has been chosen but Loki can be whatever they want to be. In the mythology he even turns into a female horse to give birth to Odin’s 8 legged horse (Sleipnir). Edit: just realized yall already knew this after watching the post episode discussion.

I feel like you maybe missed something in the episode. I mean, yes, everyone noticed that because that was what they'd been building up to for the first two episodes. Lady Loki has been stealing the bombs for awhile with the aim of causing branches in the timeline. When a reset is used it's set to remove everything that shouldn't be there and return that branch back in sync with the Sacred Timeline. Lady Loki stole a lot of resets but they didn't go off inside the store or anywhere near them. She sent them to specific places and time periods to cause maximum problems for the TVA going forward. 12:17 @The 354 Squad, Keep in mind that Loki is around the same age Thor is, and this series, the movies and comics have established that both Thor and Loki love going to Midgard to play. We already saw him as D.B. Cooper in this series and Odin hid the Tesseract on Earth a very long time ago remember? Earth isn't some new place that just popped up--the Legend of Odin, Thor, Loki and Asgard is a thing on Earth because of their presence on Earth many, many, many years ago. Do you remember Professor Erik Selvic from the Thor movies? If I remember correctly, he told Jane Foster this in one of the Thor movies. 20:19 Apparently her name in this series is Sylvie Laufeydottir--her name is on one of the papers Loki was reading in the library and apparently on the Latin version of Disney Plus, they actually name her in the credits. Sylvie is a different character in the comics, but calling her Lady Loki might have been seen as problematic. I assume they gave her the name Sylvie for simplicity's sake as it does the show no good to lose its audience at a character's name. The MCU did something similar in Ragnarok: Hela is Loki's daughter in the comics. Thor's long lost sister is named Angela. Neil Gaiman to Marvel comics through the legal ringer over this character and I assume that Marvel was done paying this man money, so they merged the two characters and made her a villain for the movie. At the start of your review, Sarah (or was it Sam?) wondered if the Loki the TVA was hunting was from the future. While nothing has been confirmed yet, I also think that that's also the case. We know from Mobius that no two Lokis are alike. I think this is because all the Lokis they've encountered are from different universes and different points in time--the Sacred Timeline isn't a single universe, but all the other universes that were once part of the Multiverse; they are now oblivious to each others existence and docile, as they are made to follow a script. However, as we've seen through variants, every now and then an anomaly occurs like in the Matrix, and that's why the TVA was created: snuff them out and keep the Sacred Timeline tethered together for the "Time-Keepers," remember? For All Time. Always. The Time-Keepers might be real, but not as what we think they are, but whatever they are likely doesn't matter, as I think they are a distraction to what's really going on. The person who's really in charge of the TVA is looking more and more like Kang the Conqueror! Ravonna Renslayer is his love interest in the comics and Ravonna Renslayer is Mobius' boss, the lady who is in charge of the whole thing! The rings Mobius found on the table are likely the ones Kang left when he last had a drink with Ravonna. I'm not sure what's going on, but I think Kang is currently fighting the Multiverse in the distant future, most likely the 41st century like in the comics, trying to bring the Multiverse of that time under his rule so that he can assimilating them into his trophy, the Sacred Timeline. While he has control of time, I don't think he can actually be everywhere at one time, so he left the TVA to take care of the past and present while he handles the future--the Time-Keepers are the physical representation of that power, the past present and future, which is likely we they're depicted as three entities all across the TVA. I think Sylvie is a Loki from the future, a future that just suffered its own universe ending event--2019 Loki had Thanos, Sylvie likely had Kang. I've come to this conclusion because Sylvie is the only Loki variant to actually one up the TVA. She understands their technology and knows their blind spots. Better still, she knew how to untether the Sacred Timeline. Unlike 2012 Loki who still seems to be on the road to redemption still seems to be doing things for himself. Sylvie starts her talk with Loki by chastising him, "this isn't about you!" She has likely already undergone a humbling event that has made her act for the good of others--notice how she's only killing TVA agents, no those in the timelines she comes across. Well, at least I think that's where this is all headed anyway. We should find out more on Wednesday when she tells her story to Loki when they sit down and finally have their talk. Can't wait!

I think the Alabama hurricane was a higher level apocalypse than Asgard because of the percentage of people surviving. No one escaped the hurricane, but Asgard had a ship full of survivors, so it wasn't as bad of a tragedy.

@@Webwra Sylvie is the name of Enchantress in the comics, not Lady Loki. Lady Loki is just Loki shapeshifted into a female. That could also be the case here that this version of Sylvie is in fact a Loki variant who identifies as a woman, but the identity as Sylvie trumps that because any Loki variant who decides to be a woman is by definition "a lady Loki". But Sylvie is a particular person who is The Enchantress.

In this show Sylvie is the name of the Loki version. And it´s not shapeshifting. She was born as female. Loki was reading her file, where she was named Sylvie Laufeydottir. This means she is the daughter of Laufey the frostgiant and not "Sylvie Lushton" ( Earth Enchantress ) or Amora (Asgardian Enchantress). Maybe they think about a combine of Lady Loki and Enchatress, but the fundamental character here is Lady Loki.
