In the comics I believe Kang hates the TVA. There was even a group called the Council of Cross-time Kangs that consisted of thousands of versions of Kang. The main Kang even turned against him. I watched this whole episode with uneasy anticipation because I knew they were going to prune Mobius, as soon as Rovanna said the time keepers wanted to see him too I knew for certain that they were going to get rid of him because he’s a threat. I also feel the thing that made Sylvia a threat to the TVA was because she was inherently a good person, not bad enough to be the goddess of mischief. The TVA just wanted bad Lokis, a good Loki would be against their Sacred Timeline. I also love that Rovanna was on Doctor Who as Martha Jones’ sister.

Chris and Rana are absolutely incorrect. Sylvie says, in response to Loki's 'what is Lamentis-1', "the *moon* that planet is about to crash into." And several times they say, "This moon is about to get destroyed" and "That planet is about to destroy this moon".

I genuinely do not understand how so many reactors get this mixed up. Like you say, it is stated multiple times in the previous episode. They are on the moon (well, one of them, they never state outright how many moons the planet has). The planet is crashing into the moon, since their point of reference is where they are: the moon. (You can also see the planet is breaking apart.) Do they just hear it reversed? Do they try to “correct” it due to some astronomical misconception that planets absolutely cannot collide with other objects in space? I don’t get it.

So pruning doesn't kill people, I think it might send them right to the end of time. I thought they might have been willing to kill Mobius, but when Loki got pruned and got sent to the Loki-verse Mobius isn't dead.

Re: Pruning Timelines What they've said in a few ways over the episodes (mostly 2, and Sylvie's comment about them coming for her only when her existence made a big enough impact) is that the Pruning removes any trace of the Nexus event/variant, and with that stuff gone the changes eventually just fade back into the Sacred Timeline. I don't think the show really uses the "Butterfly Effect" take on time travel, instead taking the approach that some changes or events have big effects but if you take away the core cause & side-effects of the change all the little changes will get swallowed up by the flow if the Sacred Timeline. To be clear, I have no idea how that works in situations like Sylvie's, so maybe in those cases the Pruning really does just delete everything back to the point of divergence.

One of my favourite reaction channels ever!!! Also idk how most ppl are missing the reason why Sylvie was a variant. She was a female Loki. That was the reason. Her birth was the nexus event. She was never supposed to be born according to whoever is running this place. And they waited until she grew old enough for her nexus event to detour enough from the timeline then they came for her. It is really sad that her very existence was the reason she lost her reality and the life she could have had.

@ian I don't think race or species is an issue. Just the gender. Cause I saw a crocodile Loki in that end credit scene. And all the other Loki's only became variants when they did something they weren't to just like our Loki. Sylvie did nothing. She just existed. That was the issue. I believe the sacred timeline has Loki as a male, no matter the colour or race or species, long as he's male. Sylvie said in this episode the universe wants to break free so it manifests chaos like her being born a goddess. She is the only female Loki and that was the Nexus event. At least that's my theory from what I saw.

The TVA is established in Null-Time Zone where there is no concept of causality (there is no concept of time). I don't know why magic doesn't work there though. In comics Ravonna Renslayer is love interest of Kang the conqueror and I think at the end of the series they are gonna introduce Kang the conqueror to the MCU since there are some theories of him being the antagonist in the next Doctor Strange or Ant Man movies
