I am old and irrelevant. No one cares what I think, at least not as much as I do. I long ago stopped following what's going on in the metal world, because I am old, like I said, and I have other things grabbing at my attention. THE LOKUST has me really excited for the first time in a long time. Great music. No silly posing or the unfortunate usual fare. A breath o fresh air. Please record a cd so I can buy it and play it over and over again until it breaks and I have to buy another. Ha ha, yeah, that's right, I'm still playing cd's.

I am old, too, and I have the exact same thoughts about Lokust. It could be the instrumental aspect, making it unique, but in the end it hits me right where I want it and that's all that counts.

Dude hell no.. You are never too old for metal or any music for that matter... I've been a metalhead since 1980 and it's amazing to see how metal has changed over the past few decades.. there are some genres that I just can't gel with and some which blow my mind, only thing I really miss is head banging lol, I can't do that no more or I'd end up in hospital lmao, keep banding my friend and Do Not Give Up on those CD's... Hell I still listen to my old vinyls and cassette tapes lmao.... 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
