What if….hear me out. At the end of the season the final clone rebellion takes place when remaining clones coordinate an attack at the Mount Tantiss facility. During this attack Omega sacrifices herself for crosshair/ the batch. In the end a majority of the clones die in the revolt including Wrecker and Echo among the dead, with a few lead by hunter and crosshair escaping to join the rebellion. Among the dead includes Nala Se who sacrifices herself to destroy the Mount Tantiss facility using a self-destruct method. This eliminates the ability to transfer palpatine into a new host or create new hosts like omega. With the lead Kaminoan scientist dead, all of the Advanced Science Division destroyed, and the m-count transferable clone (omega) dead, project necromancer cannot continue and is set extremely back to the point that the empire shelves the project and devotes the their resources to finding a new approach that yields a less than perfect result.

Okay, my theory is that the Clone Underground will join the bad batch in a huge conflict at Mount Tantiss. This will be the clone rebellion and the events of this rebellion will not be known to the galatic empire as a whole. But it will set up a program where clones will be pardoned and can live in peace relatively unaffected by the empire. Remember by the time of rebels, clones only had to check in with the empire once and while. But I believe wrecker, Cody, and crosshair will die in this battle. Omega and hunter will escape, rex will go to live with commander Wolfe, and palpatine will mention his contingency on exagol.

It's a good theory but i think crosshair and maybe wrecker will survive. However hunter will definitely die. He doesn't have any character development anymore and wherever he goes after the session it will feel cheap. He is the sacrificing leader and when he dies the bad batch will split. My prediction is that tech and wrecker will continue with the fight later joining the rebels. crosshair, echo, omega become a nomad trio doing adventure's and stuff.

Imagine if they did a Halo Reach ending where almost the entire team dies off one-by-one. Noble Team from Halo had a very similar set up: the commander, the sniper, the muscle, the technician, and the new recruit. The only difference is Omega, unless you want to call her the early Cortana model that Noble Team was working to protect and get off Reach (as they're both artificially created females with unique mental abilities)

Having Tech come back just to sacrifice himself again don't make any narrative sense. I don't think they should have killed Tech in the first place (should have been Hunter), but now that they have, he needs to stay dead. If not, they better have one hell of an explanation if he is alive.

Okay, here's what I envision the series finale of The Bad Batch could be like, it's unlikely gonna happen but the Force is telling me otherwise: During th climatic final battle of the Clone Uprising, Crosshair, Wrecker, and Echo all sacrifice themselves for the lives of each other, with only Hunter and Omega left remaining. But oh no! Hunter is on the brink of death. He cannot move anymore.(infection/condition/blood loss) and knowing he's never gonna make it, he gives Omega one final lesson of some kind. Omega is emotionally devastated. She cannot bear to leave Hunter behind, but Hunter encourages her, knowing she'll make it. They say their final goodbyes in one final, heartbreaking moment together before a tearful Omega is forced to leave a dying Hunter behind, with him left knowing she'll be safe. Cut to a time-skip, and Omega is all grown up and living a peaceful and happier life on Pabu, yet laments whenever she thinks about her beloved brothers.

I think it’s very possible that echo could be the one to sacrifice himself for Hunter. Now correct me if I’m wrong the last time we saw echo he went with Rex because he felt like he wasn’t doing enough for his fellow clone. And what a better way to do that then sacrificing your life for a clone that you really consider your brother in Hunter. Might be random because we haven’t seen echo in a while, but I think it’s more on brand.

Would love everyones opinion, I had a theory come to mind. What if there was a Clone General who was of complete equal rank to all jedi generals. Maybe this specific clone general was the head of the commandos or other special forces groups. But would be sick to have some og clone from the first battle of geonisis who did some crazy spec op medal of honor stuff which led to his promotions and maybe even the founding of the commandos. Just an idea that came to mind some day thought it was cool. And here's hoping we get to see Tech again!

If you want a meaningful sacrifice then it wouldn't be Tech... At this point Tech is already believed to be dead... if he just comes back for a couple more episoces and then dies again shortly after then his death will mean less, because its already happened (sort of)... For that meaningful sacrifice it would have to be Wrecker or Hunter... Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they all die and then Omega makes a new team with these younger clones that they found.

If They Bring Him Back Only for Him To Sacrifice Himself, I think it really cheapens That Incredible Moment. I see all of the main Batch dying at the end... hopefully a big heroic last stand, maybe to let Omega escape. And, in the very last scene, we see a grief-ridden Omega being rescued and hidden away by Ahsoka. Maybe even Ventress. I think Tech might have been turned into an Echo type cyborg, being used (like Echo was by the Separatists) by the Empire to find the Batch.
