2:19 Not sure if you noticed this in post Dobby, but the Ahri did level charm. She did the charm animation and the minion has the heart icon too, indicating charm effect. Regardless, the point stays the same as Ahri didn’t have charm not because she didn’t level it, but because it was on cooldown.

I remember hiting emerald not so long ago with an astonishing 70% WR, but then losing alot because they kept picking counters every single game, i eventually gave up because it was a living nightmare. I love Graves but he is a bit undertuned against many champs so sometimes even when playing like Faker just isn't enough. If only i could perma ban all of his counters somehow ( it's always like if i ban yasuo they pick udyr or similiar ) . Perhaps i could climb further if i played something else and tried to counter the enemy the same way but i really only enjoyed playing Graves so it was not a good decision to always pick it like an absolute OTP i am

This works for now thanks to the rune changes. Back in the day, Graves's damage was so ass that I have to buy d ring w start with Comet and Scorch just to cheese the opponent laners by the fact that they automatically picked armor runes against Graves, so that I could win trade and scale to late game.
