If you can't bring in a new defender, I reckon it's worth trying Cabango at CB instead of Lemkin. Comparing the two, they both have similar Physicals, but Cabango has noticeably stonger defensive attributes (e.g. better heading & tackling).

Toward the end of the season, FM will manipulate match results very heavily against him (penalties, in-match injuries, goals allowed from set pieces, hitting the framework with his own shots). It’s scripted in, so he may already be doomed.

Has Kev tried low block playing on the counter? Edit @2:00 he just answered my question. His own fault teams with pace playing on counter (high tempo) (low block) (low trigger press) works great. Playing counter is not a cowards way just smarter.

Had the same experience with Maidstone first year in the prem, 93rd minute goal on the last day secured survival. Had to use balance mentality 5 back with 2 DMs to survive though.

I had both Goal keepers break something within 10mins of each other in a game. Both out for 3-4 months and they were the only goal keepers at the club. Season didn't go well!!

Same experience in my NLtL save at the moment. Got Blackpool (2nd team) into the Premier league. Started well - hit the buffers and started slipping towards relegation. Fortunately Porto came knocking and I could maintain my pay and move on.

FM 24 and injuries 😬 goes together like bread and butter. That same thing happened me, goalkeeper injured in injury time! I've started to take off players who are playing well now cos thats another FM trick. Player has good match=injury 😠
