my terminal locations were never highlighted or blinking like yours. I had to find them completely blind. Took hours

Dude same I was going around for over an hour wondering wtf I was looking for! As soon as I realized they were supposed to be highlighted I figured out apparently you have to manually select the quest in your log. After I did that they all popped up on the map.

There are multiple places inside to climb to the top. Once there it's a piece of cake. There is at least one piece of armour hidden inside though.
