We see AEC, and a Leyland, engined RM & RML's at work on routes 19, 30, 38, 73, 149 & Sunday only 279A at Islington Green, Lower Edmonton Station and Hertford Road, Tramway Avenue. I remember riding on the 279 from Waltham Cross to Smithfield when it ran there. Obviously pre 1992. Also it wasn't long before the 279 and 279a were converted to opo.
