Thank you. Yes, I'm glad to say the tendonitis seems to have cleared up - the same can't be said for the arthritis, but I'm trying to persevere. After this one, I managed another tour with some longish days and the knee held up well. I hope to have some videos of that trip soon. Thanks for your nice comment and good wishes; I hope you have had a good Christmas too!

Lovely to watch and inspiration for us mortals who cant cover your usual longer distances.

Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the video - I had a bit of a struggle with the editing! Alas, as time passes my mileages seem to be getting less, or at least the long mileages are getting harder to do! Thanks for watching and for your nice comment.

That looked like a really pleasant ride. Don't know if you have seen them but in John Rogers videos he always refers to the "sacred" River Lea. Glad the knee was a bit better so you can produce more videos. Take care.

Thanks! I'll have to look up John Rogers! It was indeed a very pleasant ride. Like a lot of canal-based paths the Lea Valley route takes you past big centres of population and industry without you really realising they are there. What with that, the stillness of the air, the rather cold mist and the nature all around, it made me feel detached from the busy world - in a nice calm way. It was a bit of a shock when I came out of that trance in the middle of Hertford! Thanks for your nice comment again. And thanks for watching!
