its the human element that made this show. Like Hallam carrying that mother to see her children. Its why London's Burning still stands out to me, doesnt need to bve big manufactured drama, just compassion in harsh situations.

Thank god, the mother & her young kids escaped the house blaze alive with the help of the firefighters. Well done guys. 👍 it's Just as well that horrible man (the woman's ex husband & father of the kids) had died as he caused that fire! I Might have known that the man was some jealous, violent, drunk! 😬🍺So he decided if he can't have his ex & kids back, then no-else will. He thought a house blaze would make them die together as a family!🏡🔥🔥 If he survived - he would have been jailed/sectioned in mental health hospital for arson/attempted murder! Or worse, he'd have came back to strike again at his family & finished what he started! So it's just as well he died - at least that way the woman doesn't need to look over her shoulder & worry for her kids safety.
