Great video but the subtitles highlighting every word is very distracting.. Would be better with optional cc subtitles IMHO. Otherwise great video.

OK, thanks for the feedback. I’ll be having a tranche of new videos coming later in the year so may lose the subtitles then.

@@LondonCityGirl Subtitles are okay I guess if you really want them, but the highlighting of each word is what I found distracting and don't see any real use for? :)

@@LondonCityGirl If you want any additional feedback: I don't mind the highlights in the subtitles. For better or worse, that does seem to be a trend these days. But in any case, I think that purpose-built subtitles are a good idea, whether they're part of the actual video, or as an option when clicking on the [CC] icon. (KZbin's _auto-generated_ subtitles are still pretty hit-n-miss these days, with a lot of misses. ;)

Thanks both - it’s hard to tell how well it works. I personally like subtitles however I can see the other point of view but with only two videos with subs like these it’s hard to tell. The KZbin subs in the back end that I input into vids are a pretty good alternative so I can definitely go back to that. Appreciate you both taking the time 👍
