I had no idea what to expect from this movie before watching it. After viewing, I was very impressed with Eric Roberts's performance, and deem this flick worthy of submission to Sundance and other film festivals. I would like to have heard more of the background song and really enjoyed the Texas vibe. Kudos to the independent film makers and this one as well.

This is the story of a former Marine (Anthony Ray Parker) who finds himself in a velvet trap set by his conniving boss (Eric Roberts) and seizes the opportunity to try to become the first black governor of Texas. In the process, he violates his basic principles and becomes a killer, protecting his family but primarily fulfilling his determined destiny of political stardom. It's a 'film noir' where ego and money trumps morals on all fronts.

The demand for more and more uploads is because this movie is sooo good. There are so many people watching this movie KZbin is being bogged down. I hope it’s uploaded a dozen more times. It’s the greatest movie in decades!
