Today’s video is such a fun one! I’ve never gotten the opportunity to redo a space that I wasn’t fully in love with… UNTIL NOW! My favorite part is that you did such a great, thorough job on the paint (two layers of primer, two layers of paint and the color-matching challenge as well) and the fact that you steamed the heck out of the curtains and then "trained" them to hang in precise folds - that's attention to detail! You obviously have a lot of skills and energy, to go along with your visions. Your parents are fortunate to have a designer/carpenter/painter/refinisher/discerning shopper in the family!

Hi Drew! First of all, I've been watching your videos for quite some time and just realized that I hadn't subscribed yet!!! WHUT?! So, now I am! :) This makeover is so great! I LOVE that soft shade of muted red on the armoire and that you added feet to it and the little ways you added other small touches of red around the room! I love that the wicker ceiling fan mimics the other wicker/rattan pieces throughout the room in a way that's unified but not overdone. I love that your curtains are so neutral yet softly frame the windows and allow the other warm colors to draw the eye! I didn't think you'd leave the "vinage" dresser untouched but love that too! It looks like a piece that's been in the family for years and is comfortably worn in! I love that your style isn't "boho" per se but is classic and inviting with a blend of different styled pieces to make it interesting! Your parents must be loving it all! Thanks for everything you share and inspire us with! From Vermont with love! :)

Oh my gosh Drew! this was an amazing makeover. Love the white paint on the walls it really does make it look so much bigger and brighter. Love that color you painted on that Armoire, that is so pretty and gives the room that pop of color it needed. I also love all of the decore pieces you used, that vintage dresser is so beautiful and also fits the space perfectly. Thanks for another wonderful video and so much inspiration, my big project will be painting my living room space, I will be using white to open up the room since it has that 70's paneling and right now it is not bright and open, but with white on the walls it will give it a beachy coastal vibe. Sending love and hugs, bye for now.
