I was/am a big Coffman fan! I always cheer for the under dog in general, but he/the car is/was bad ass and had they always had the best livery. I can't remember the photographer who seemed to do all of his shots, but those photos were always my favs from every round!

few years back, i went to FD wall, now i spend alot of time at circle track racing, and i enjoy walking around and talking to the drivers, and eventually i made my way over to matts car and he was standing there and we just chatted for a bit about fd and all this other stuff, i have always been a big fan of his for that reason yk, he is a class act and such a real person

Never heard of this guy but I also don't keep up with FD too too often but he sure has his head on straight it's unfortunate he had bad luck with the team he was with or manager. If I may, this guy needs to listen to his heart, he has a conscious. Stop telling yourself your principles are stupid, or your brain/head is messed up. Do what makes you happy. If you just want to go out and drive, do just that. If that means not meeting certain expectations by certain people, so be it. It's your life, your (mental) health. Find a way that makes it sustainable, and live your life the way you want. Props to him opening up like that.

Coffman had some of the coolest media over the years. He started with YAER (I believe) and always had the coolest media dudes in drifting shooting his stuff. Always took care of them and always let them do what they excel at. Matt is the best dude. Glad to see you out having fun bro.

I remember going to my first drift event which was 2017 FDNJ and he had a 5 min fix to do and he got the car fixed with like 20 seconds left. The car was off the jacks and was running and rolling and he was disqualified which was so stupid and I believe he was at the burnout box as well. To speak about him being unlucky is an understatement.
