That old man river, he just keeps rolling. Another stunning spot but boy oh boy, though our fans are on in this hot South African weather, it kinda makes me chilly 🌶. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks for all the content. It gives those of us who can't find the time to get out a chance to live vicariously. I've spent many a night by the riverside. Nothing like the sound of running water as a lullaby. Its always a chance camping in a floodplain like that though. Just a little bit of weather upstream and you're drowned.

I am a big fan of this channel. Great outdoors every time. I would recommend you put one slice of cheddar cheese into cooked Sutah ramen. Taste is really good. I do this when I eat Korean instant spicy ramen.

That is a very interesting tent. Your way of making coffee is like a portable mr. Coffee. Tou are a very very good camper that tent is very interesting to me. A very little cozy affair. I like its looks. I got a brand new hot tent for my birthday and I saw how to convert a tent to a hot. My camping buddies have converted their tent what better way to enjoy the nature the lord has given us.

Everything was great I would have like to have seen the inside of the MSR tent. I enjoyed the camp out near the stream and Tutorials on building a good fire and some cooking Ideas The coffee pot idea was excellent Both the hot chocolate and coffee looked inviting. A beautiful idyllic place to be, sounds of water sweeping past your doorway is simply divine. Love the way you address the fire. Maybe some short lengths to get it going but then longer ones. Burn in half and then again and still again. Just turned 74 and been doing it like that since my first fishing camp outs with my dad years ago. Have a good New Year from those of us watching n Texas.

That's great Jeremy, the first snow! Beautiful location. I was wondering why you've been making coffee all this time the way you did. Looked like a pain in the butt. I would like to get one of those coffee filters. Thanks for the info. I had a question, is your carabiner/spark lighter an OE brand? I would like to get one of those. Could you put the coffee in the strainer while it is boiling? Maybe the boiling action would circulate the water through the grounds a bit and take the place of you having to swirl it. Maybe.

Yes that would work, but boiled water is too hot and will cause a scorched taste to the coffee. I boil then let cool briefly before mixing with coffee grounds.

Can I ask, have you ever had to carry out a repair on your Pomoly Hot tents? I have a very small burn pole in mine, where the side of the tent blew against my Tilly lamp 🙄🤬 just wondered if you had any tips?

All of my hot tents from all brands have zero issues . I pay attention to every detail when hot tenting , however years ago I burned a few holes in a tent and used silicon to patch it
