Yep same story here, shortness of breath, intense fatigue, always off balance, feel like I always have jet lag, queasy, headaches, flu like feelings, numbness and tingling and a few other things.

My long covid symptoms are more neurological based. Nerve pain im limbs,hands and feet. Liver pain. Lung pain. I did have sharp pains in my stomach but now gone. 3 month covid cough. Flash headaches. Neuropathy in my head and face. Burning sensations everywhere.Sneezing often, Ear ache. The one thing Covid does it can invade anywhere and that is what makes this disease so debilitating. I think there is a cure but it has to be personalised. All you suffering with long covid my heart is with you.

Thanks for sharing Colin. Yes long covid is definitely heterogeneous. With 211 different possible symptoms there can be many different ways in which it can present for each of us and the good treatment trials that are happening currently are also working hard to determine different “phenotypes” so we can treat these different presentations accurately.

@sallyriggs465 l feel this virus in me but undetected. It is as if the immune system fights off the spike proteins in one part of the body it aggravates another. My covid was mild to begin with. So it seems the virus stay hidden longer until it can by pass the immune system with some of us.

Ugh, yes, same story. It is insane. So many symptoms that I pushed aside until they all added up and continued to debilitated my formerly incredibly active life. Life has been reduced to various doctors appointments with no real relief, a small circle of exhaustion. I mourn my previous wide vista of a life.

Sending you hugs April. You definitely can recover! Take a look at a few more of my videos for ideas. 🤗

Is it possible to have LC twice? (First time was February 2020, then Covid again in 2023 and no LC early/intense symptoms are back.)
@sallyriggs4658 ай бұрын
Unfortunately yes many do make a recovery from their Long Covid, get covid again and become much worse again. That’s why I am so keen to avoid reinfection and share so much info about how to do that too!
@EvinFox8 ай бұрын
Yes, "a" recovery is accurate, because even though I was 70% or 80% better, it was nowhere near my pre-viral state. Then the second Covid and bam! But the world kept telling me I was immune because I had had Covid and then later a vaccine, so I should be just fine and "build" my immunity. Sheesh @@sallyriggs465

@r-jproductions1343 hi I'm still not feeling great bit I'm having some okay days now and then so I'm hopeful. I developed acid reflux and yellowish stools I think it's all connected and I've started to put a bot of weight on again
