So ....... what is the rock formation? age? mineralogy? relationship with the formations nearby? why is it so erosionally resistant? Surely to goodness folks don't travel all that way just to do a selfie?!?

Definitely doesn't look like anything to me.. Defo wasn't ever a structure, definitely not, nope, just nothing really, a bit of useless spikey rock..

Look close, I think it was an giant ancient shark, and that is the fossilized dorsal fin…
