In fourth grade whenever we would sit for reading my friend would let me play with her hair (like brush my fingers through it). My teachers would always yell at me for it even though she liked it too. For context, I have a sensory disorder so I really like soft materials like blankets and hair; I find it calming.

Long curly hair here...lol Yes ppl want to touch it...I’m fine if they ask and their hands look clean, but adults would touch my hair without asking when I was little which traumatized me so I get slappy too. But I’ve noticed (for me) small kids tend to try to touch my hair the most (or call it noodles 😂😂) But I sleep with my hair wet over a pillow then defuse in the morning upside down and it works for me 😂😂

@@src327 I rarely leave the house with wet hair. If I have to, it's usually all braided into an updo of some kind and I'll wear a blanket scarf to help my neck and chest stay more warm.

I don’t go to sleep with wet hair anymore because now I have short hair and it dries fast, but I used to have long hair, not to my waist, but to my ribs and if I ever slept with braids and I I had braided my hair when it was wet, I would wake up and it would still be a little wet.

Yes, as someone with curly hair, I can say that PEOPLE SEEM TO BE ENTITLED TO TOUCHING IT WITHOUT ASKING FIRST. When I was younger, students at school would put pencils through my curls (they spiral) without asking. Very annoying!! Especially since people without curly hair are more likely to NOT know how to touch curly hair.

I usually am wearing my hair braided before leaving the house, just because of things like this :P But my hair is not just long, it's also very thick. I agree about that "long haired girl" in the video though. Her hair is half of my length and I can't remember having those problems with this length at all :D

What I can tell you is I like to use different types shampoos once in a while and I am into trying new things for my hair like oils and I take biotin and fish oil. If that helps in anyway

I have short curly thick hair I recommend air drying and brushing it before you wash it (a little damp) Apply coconut oil onto roots and end the morning before you wash your hair Don’t wash your hair everyday I do it about once a week I use a Daisy Fuentes gold brush I normally use Pantene or a special salon conditioner and shampoo Do about 1 or 2 shampoos and one conditioner Don’t I mean do not apply heat or too much product

I just learned that you DO need to wash all of your hair, my hair was feeling really nasty (it’s pretty long) and i was like like why are you feeling like... tangly and not soft and just straight up gross! Its product build up! I clarified my hair and now it feels amazing, so yes. Wash ALL of your hair, at least once a week.
