Your cool spot is waiting to be mixed developed. Good logistical location for hypermart/warehouse, apartments with view & park, F&B that keep the original building and bollards (jetty feel), Like the one near Brooklyn Bridge. Future pier electric ferry service. Multi storey factory/warehouse, so the movers can stay. World uni-cycle record and nobody knows it.

@@EphemeralProductions He has never gotten a ticket for going through a red light, stop sign or ever got a ticket for speeding. He is very proactive and respectful of drivers, pedestrians and cyclist. Never has he ever hit anyone with his car or bike. Driving since he was 16 and has ridden his bike to over 100,000 miles in his lifetime. I believe he is 69 years old.
