I have definitely been using this along with loaded isometrics to help rehab my knee. Sprinkle some ATG principles and I feel like I’m making changes that are beneficial for the long run.

Oddly enough, when doing leg extensions, at the long length is where i feel the most strain in my knees.

Me too! Starting further back with foot behind d the knee, causes increased knee pain

@@mikewalkow1860 of you can set it a bit more forward start there. NEVER push through pain to to do an exercise.

Very interesting. Think its worth saying that this will depend a fair bit on how good your leg extension machine is and even more so if youre going to do leg ext with a theraband (the favourite piece of equipment in the NHS) because a poorly designed leg extension machine and therabands will provide minimal loading at the long length/stretched position. Thanks as always for the awesome content!

I got diagnosed with MCL grade 1-2 sprain and a likely meniscoscapular injury in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus a week ago. My doctor and physio suggested no sugery. My symptoms have improved over the past 11 weeks but I still have pain on the inner and back side of my knee during weighted hamstring curls, nordic curls or any hamstring curl variation. I’ve been frustrated with not seeing any results or improvements over the past few weeks. What do you suggest would work to help my issue?
