Nice videos! I instantly subscribed! From my understanding, it is good to attack with long pips if you have vertically oriented pips and attack in a horizontal position blade? Aside from the DZ, what other brands have vertical orientation? Thanks!
@diegox.longpips6 ай бұрын
Hello, thanks. I’m really happy you are part of this Pimplers Family. Welcome on board. About your question: if they have vertical alignment is easy to attack with them in horizontal position, and the other way around, if you have horizontal distribution is is easy to attack with them with the racket in vertical position. But we use the racket most of the time in horizontal position, this is why vertical alignment is easier for it. Dr. Neubauer has Allround that are also vertical, Stiga has Vertical 20 that are also vertical. Yasaka has some new version of Elfrark that are also vertical. Victas has the P2 but they come with sponge and not posible in OX. In general in the market there are more options in horizontal that vertical. The cheapest and for me better ones are DZ with out doubts.

Hi sir thanks for your video . Can we know what the difference between horizontal and vertical pips ?
@diegox.longpips8 ай бұрын
The difference is the way they are located in the rubber. The horizontal, makes horizontal lines of pips in the rubber and the vertical makes vertical lines of pips. Seems easy, but depending of this alignment the pips will help you for attacking and pushing, as in this case, or for chopping and reversing the spin. If you have more doubts, please ask. I will be happy to explain you more details.

Hola Diego.
@diegox.longpips3 ай бұрын
@JoséMiguel-r2x8 ай бұрын
Interesting to me is the arrangement of the spikes, the difference between their vertical or horizontal placement. The important thing is that you are comfortable with the spikes. In my case, as I like to attack, I carry long picks with 1.2 millimeters sponge, and I am very satisfied with them, because for the first time I can develop a game where I lead the game from the first moment and I don't have to wait for the opponent to fail.

Saludos.

This long pips is good for a safe game in control. Low rotation, low disturbing effect, slow and less sensitive to incoming spin. No good for an off game.

I don’t agree in some things and agree with some others. For controlling it is true that is good, and it is also true that it is not the best with reversal spin, but in terms of attacking direct, it is the best I have tried. Anyway, as you said depends of the game style. In my case control is the best opportunity for starting the attack, then for me is good off. But I understand much of your points. Which one do you use?

@diegox.longpips2 ай бұрын
@jjm194312 ай бұрын
The local leagues use to allow it because there are no referees then almost everybody do it like this. I was having such a big reflection about it and to my team I kind of explain them the importance of serving properly, but at some point I decided to focus on doing well my own and let people decide. There are many other thinks that are against the rules, but are kind of cultural over here.
