This is an amazing lesson. It even looks like it was filmed in 1975. Definitely adds to the authenticity.

Outstanding lesson!! I use to play this in a band in the 70's but it never really sounded right. we were missing chords.. Of course we had to learn it by listening to the LP and try our best but now I see what we were doing wrong... only took 45 years... haha Thank you

Unfortunately the wood panelling, plastic plants and reference to Hanson, indicate this video is from around up to 20 years ago. Would be good to see a few more lessons from this guy. Even a beginner could, with a bit of honest practice, nail this song, after watching this vid. Clear and concise, easy to follow, and plenty of emphasis where it's needed. Lessons don't get much better than this.
