My dof is limited naturally because I run a mft system. I found f1.2/1.4 give me somewhat reasonable results. The only issue is using them wide open with panasonic auto focus but that's a story for another day 😄

Hi Sally, thanks for watching! The closest I come to strict keto these days is when I occasionally do a prolonged fast (36-60hrs). I used to feel great on keto although my stomach never truly adapted to the high fats, so I started incorporating fruits into my diet (and beer too😉). Are you planning on hiking in ketosis?

Yes, that is my plan. I tested it out with a 56hr fast with a 5hr, 21km walk on the 3rd day. I was surprised how well I felt. I was careful to keep the heart rate down and was well hydrated
