My backing always sags on the ends and is nice and taught in the center.

I bought the magnetic bars at Harbor Freight for $4.99 and the magnetic pin dish for $2.99 and a suction ruler handle (marketed as a bath safety grip handle) for $6.99. Harborfreight.com if you don't have a local store.

I am not understanding how you load your batting. I am wondering where the other end is. Is it just hanging down the front of the frame?
