Another great game, Simon. I thought your f4 move early in the game was particularly instructive, because it showed that you were looking for something more aggressive than the routine developing move Nc3. Your explanation of the tactical calculations associated with that move was also valuable. This time limit is much better for explaining your ideas than, say, three-minute blitz games. Well done!

Rather than Be4 how about Bg5 the idea being if pawn takes then BxBe3 if bishop takes then queen takes pinning the pawn, if white bishop moves away to f2 then .... Ba4, pawn takes, queen g5 check? No idea whether that works or not.... Might have been worth a try though

If you want to improve your time, you should change the way of moving the pieces. Try to move the piece by selecting it and clicking directly to the square you want it to go, instead of moving the piece (much slower) !
