Hi, AGUNG SAIFUDIN K SH; thank you for your comment. The reason is that the shape of the beam is not circular nor square as it is usually advertised by the brands but is rectangular, i.e. one side is longer than the other. As a result, you get a better cutting performance on one axis than the other; usually, vertical lines along the Y axis are wider but this is not a rule as it depends on the optic orientation inside the specific laser module. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done, and you should go a bit slower to cut cleanly and thoroughly in any direction. I hope it helps Ciao

Hi, Mohammad Shaidur Rahman Salim; thank you for your comment, In this video, I explain how to cut Acrylic. kzbin.info/www/bejne/i52toIqBeq18ick Bear in mind that with the Diode Laser Technology, you will only be able to cut fully opaque sheets of acrylic, which is a sheet that does not allow any light to pass through it. Transparent or semi-transparent sheets cannot be cut or engraved with these lasers; you will need a CO2 Laser. I hope it helps Ciao
