LONGER Ray5 Engraver Review / Laser Engraving for Woodworkers

I was very excited when LONGER reached out to me to collab on a few videos. they sent me their Ray5 10Watt laser engraver to try out and so far, I am having a blast. This is my second laser engraver that I've incorporated into my woodworking shop and it has added a lot of fun options to my projects. I love the fact that the Longer Ray5 can not only connect to WIFI, but it also has a built in control board so I can work on project without having to sett up my computer in my shop. I hope this video is a help if you have been thinking about adding a laser engraver to your shop or upgrading one that you currently have.

Will this laser cut 1/8 plywood in one pass if so what’s the speed and power settings

I know that it will because even my 5watt laser cuts through 1/8". I'll have to get back to you on the settings, because I haven't done it on this laser yet.
