In my experience: gets crappy to the ~14min mark he mentioned, gets worse to the 40min mark, and gets progressively better from there. Unlike with other exercises and exercise modes: in my experience, there's no change in comfort level until ur muscles relax. I think the 'flat' ending is typical of aerobic exercises tho.

What surprised me the most was that he didn't immediately crash down on the mat. Then I realised that's because he was unable to move his joints at all. And here I collapse immediately just after doing for few minutes. Also I have noticed that doing plank while listening to music is much easier. For eg. If your favourite song is 4 minutes, then those 4 minutes would pass relatively easier than when I am just blankly staring at wall in silence.

Dude. I could rotate the entire setup 90 degrees so my elbows were resting against a wall and my feet flat on the ground, and I wouldn't be able to hold it for 9 and a half hours. This guy is an absolute BEAST.

According to my calculations, if 10 second plank feels like 1 minute, then 1 minute feels like 6 minutes, than this plank felt like 57 hours long, or 2 days and 9 hours
