I use grated carrot, grated cucumber, grated raddish, pureed peas & bottle gourd with soy flour, peanut flour, flax seed powder with vital wheat gluten, salt, chilli powder, garam masala.....made dough and parathas....very delicious and low carb too!

Brother I would like to appreciate you that you are making life a bit easy for me and thousands of others.I am following your advice since 6 weeks ago and I would like to have your advice.I am having salads in afternoon and evening,lettuce,baby spinach,mix salad and cucumber so on and one piece of chicken. I believe whether I mixed them together 50:50 ratio or eat them seperately, the carb content in 2 roti will always be the same! No? As you mentioned any type of atta work!

Doctor ji, humble request too you our indian diet and Ayurveda is best to follow for lifestyle diseases like diabetes, only thing we don't want follow it properly, diabetes Atta 1 kg each (wheat, barley and desi kala chana add 100gms flax seeds and isabgol) grind this atta at chaki or at home, best is eat millet roti stop eating wheat completely , shame on us that we're giving reference of foreign food they themselves are suffering from all these diseases, because them fast food culture is spreading like cancer in our country, how can they become benchmark for fixing the problem. 🙏🤔😡

Sir I have tried to limit myself to one roti /day as I have thyroid issues too. I boil black or white chana and eat it as a chat for lunch. I add fresh green salad with roti meal.

FYI, everything you put in your mouth raises the glucose in your blood! People need to understand this! Adding fibre reduces the glycemic index and lead as the fire amount can be directly subtracted from the carbohydrates!

Each chapati is 50g of wheat = 35g starch GI of wheat is 70, hence = 24g of pure glucose= 35g of pure table sugar (as gi of sugar is 70)
