Longplay of Magical Racing Tour

Greetings, all! This longplay covers the first round of races in Adventure mode where you must win in order to obtain the missing machine parts. Every track is shown once. I skipped the process of collecting the pendants as that is just me having to race on every track a second time with nothing new being shown to the player. And so, that is why there is a transition between winning the last machine part and heading to Splash Mountain. Enjoy!

Fun Fact: in the Pal version in the tracks there's always a character who started in second place ex. Baron Karlott at Haunted Mansion, Moe Whiplash in Big Thunder Mountain, Polly Roger in Pirates of Carribean, Bruno Biggs in Rock n Roll coaster, X U D 71 in Tomorrowland Speedway, Tiara Damage in Splash Mountain, Oliver Chickly III in Dinosaur, Ned Shredbetter in Blizzard Beach

It's too bad this particular racing game didn't feature any of the original Disney characters as playable characters like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, etc. even though Chip n' Dale both appear as playable characters themselves including Jiminy Cricket as a secret unlockable character and racer and this game will always be one of my most favorite kart racing games ever. With the Fourth of July coming up very soon, I might even play this game again since this game involves with fireworks and so does the Fourth of July holiday itself too since I always love to play this game on and around the holiday each year.

This game here is still one of my most favorite kart racing games and thanks again very much for uploading this longplay video too! It's a shame though that the music for a few of the racetracks in the game had to be muted, especially for The Haunted Mansion which I really like, but I know it's understandable due to copyright and all. I've actually seen some other gameplay videos though of this game here on KZbin with the music in them for certain racetracks and I don't think those videos have been flagged or anything due to copyrighted claims as far as I know. Personally, I still really like KZbin and all, but I don't like how strict they are when it comes to copyrighted music and I remember KZbin wasn't like this many years ago either when I first got into KZbin myself since they've changed a lot over the years. If it was ever up to me though and I ever uploaded a video myself with licensed music or something, I would probably still do so anyway and I would also probably care less if I got hit with a copyright strike by KZbin themselves even though I'm just saying just from my own opinion. I don't even upload any videos though on my KZbin channel that I have since I mainly only created my KZbin channel and account just for commenting on videos and other people's posts here on KZbin as well as staying subscribed to a lot of my favorite KZbinrs and KZbin channels that way.

Another thing that I've also noticed too in this game is that for some odd reason at the main menu screen, if you select Adventure right away and New Game, you'll automatically be greeted with the opening cutscene where Jiminy Cricket tells the story of Chip n' Dale accidentally destroying the fireworks machine. However, if you select different options at the main menu first and then go to select Adventure and New Game, the game actually skips the opening cutscene although I don't know why that is, but that's just something I've noticed myself in this game before for some reason. Even during the races, if you don't pause the game during the race, you'll hear Jiminy Cricket at the end of the race telling you congratulations if you've won or that you need to try again if you lost the race. If the game is paused though during the race, then he won't say anything at all at the end of the race whether you've won or lost.

This game here is one of my most favorite kart racing games and I still have this game too for PS1! I also prefer the PS1 version of this game to be the best version since I like the graphics and controls in this particular version of the game and also due to the fact that it's even playable on both PS2 and PS3 via backwards compatibility. I remember the very first time I got this game, it was for my 10th birthday back in 2001 since I've had this game now for over 20 years already and it still works and plays fine so far too! I also picked up an extra copy of this game back in 2018 from Amazon to have on-hand just in case, especially since my other copy has a lot of scratches on the back of the disc from being played so much even though it still works so far. From what I've heard, this particular kart racing game also seems to be quite difficult at times since the CPU racers can sometimes be very hard to beat, especially since there are also no difficulty levels to choose from either even though it's still a really fun racing game, nevertheless. My most favorite track in this game is The Haunted Mansion which I really like since I usually race around on that track a lot. Even though I usually play this game anytime whenever I'm in the mood for it, I also really like to play this game on and around the Fourth of July holiday each year since this game involves with fireworks obviously, and also for Halloween too for The Haunted Mansion racetrack.

@@spectrebull It's a shame that the music had to be muted though in some of the levels of the game due to copyright, but I know that's how KZbin is, unfortunately, when it comes to licensed music and all even though I still really love your longplay video of this game and thanks again very much for uploading this too from a while back. I still have this game and it's one of my most favorite kart racing games ever! Personally, I also still like KZbin and all, but I don't like how strict they are with certain things, especially when it comes to copyrighted material such as certain music and songs.
