I chose to play Kaiba for my second playthrough. The entire story is different but some maps are obviously re-used. If you play the game again, the enemies are level 30+ and so are yours, but all of the monsters you collected in the first playthrough are still level 1 (with some exceptions). This basically means you can't use any of the monsters you collected because you'll lose as they're too weak. The best option is to import Yugi's team into Kaiba... so that has Kaiba fighting with Dark Magician. I'm no big Yugioh fan, but playing Kaiba with Yugi's monsters feels a bit lame to me. On the other hand, I don't want to put myself at a disadvantage. Anyway, the final boss is fought twice during the second playthrough. He's just a little stronger the second time but with a cheap trick you can defeat him all too easily.

How do you have so many monsters unlocked at the start of the game?! They continued over from the Yugi Campaign?
